Establishment of three ECPGR Task Forces

Following the recommendations made by Thirteenth meeting of the Steering Committee in Vienna (December 2012), the following Task Forces were established and will operate in order to submit draft documents to the Steering Committee for adoption and use during Phase IX of ECPGR (2014-2018).

Task Force for 'Engagement of users in ECPGR activities'

This Task Force will consider how the engagement of users in ECPGR activities can be enhanced. Users’ groups include farmers, researchers, breeders, policy makers, Small and Medium Enterprises, amateur growers, etc.    Terms of Reference [PDF] (499 KB)

Task Force for 'In situ conservation of crop wild relatives'
