ECPGR Email discussion list

The ECPGR listserver is maintained by NordGen in Alnarp, Sweden. It is used to discuss topics related to Plant Genetic Resources, to ask questions and to announce and receive information about events such as meetings, databases, collecting missions and emergency actions, vacancies, etc.

To subscribe to the listserver

Visit https://www.ngb.se/mailman/listinfo/ecpgr_list and type your email address and preferred password in the "Subscribing to ecpgr_list".
If you do not pick a password there it will be auto generated for you.

How to use the discussion list

1. After you have subscribed, post your messages to  ecpgr_list(at)ngb.se
2. You will realize that a message has come from the listserver only after opening it. If you use the reply button, your reply will be distributed to all the list subscribers. If you want to send your reply only to the sender, make sure that you are replying to the "from-address".
3. The most effective messages are "text only". Attachments can however be sent up to a limit of 64K. Large files should preferably be posted at a www or ftp site and mailing list postings should only point to them.
4. If you change your Email address, you should unsubscribe from your old address and re-subscribe with your new one.
