MEETINGS

All European countries will be grouped in four regions. Two meetings are organized in each region which will be attended by the Focal Persons, the organizer, and one other Project Participant. During these meetings the current situation will be assessed, and technical and organizational aspects of National PGR Inventories will be discussed. Furthermore, details concerning the data exchange will be discussed, such as methods to apply integrity checks on data at export from proprietary format to agreed common format which will be essential for the data exchange mechanism, the exact format of the data sets, and ways to publish them on public FTP servers.
