Iva Faberová (1950-2015)
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing away of our dear colleague and friend Iva Faberová on 21 July 2015.
Iva had recently retired from the Genebank at the Crop Research Institute, Prague Ruzyne, Czech Republic, where she worked as information specialist.
She collaborated intensely with ECPGR for many years, particularly with the Documentation and Information Working Group, as an active contributor to the birth and development of EURISCO. For the Wheat Working Group, she established and curated the ECPGR Wheat Database. Iva was a very active, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant person. We will miss her greatly.
