The first call for proposals under the ECPGR Activity Grant Scheme (Phase IX) has been launched.
 
An amount of ca. Euro 160 000 has been made available for 2015 and proposals in the range of Euro 15 000 each can be submitted (only through the Chairs of the Working Groups) with a deadline of 30 September 2014.

The current Working Group Chairs are strongly invited to be proactive and help the WGs to prepare proposals for activities, which should be in line with the ECPGR objectives (also available from the above webpage).  
WG Chairs should make themselves familiar with a few rules in order to submit the proposals timely and correctly.

Please note that proposals for activities related to Outcome 3 on In situ and on-farm conservation and management will NOT be eligible for this call, since the contents of this Outcome 3 and its corresponding outputs and activities depend on the future decisions of the Steering Committee on the Concepts for crop wild relatives and landraces, currently under circulation in a draft form. Special attention will be given to proposals related to Outcome 3 in the next call, which is expected to be launched in 2015.
