The 12th Steering Committee (SC) meeting has been organized as an ad hoc meeting, for the specific purpose of presenting to the SC the report of the Independent External Review Panel of ECPGR and to discuss its outcome and recommendations.

The objective of the meeting was to reach a consensus agreement on the main principles regarding the future of ECPGR and to establish a road map for the implementation of the agreed principles.
