ECPGR EVA Project meeting

This privacy notice tells you about the information we collect from you when you register to participate in the ECPGR EVA Project meeting through the online registration form. What personal data do we collect?

When you register to participate in the workshop, we ask you for your Name, email, Organization name, Organization address, Organization telephone number, travel information and requirements.

Why do we collect this information?

We use this information to organize the workshop and travel arrangements for the participants.
In order to give full transparency to the ECPGR Working Groups and the National Coordinators on the participation and the use of country quota, we would like to publish your full name, email, organization name, organization address, organization telephone on our website page regarding this workshop.

We ask for your consent to do this, and we will only keep your data in our database for as long as you continue to consent.

What do we do with your information?

The information that we collect through our website online form will be stored secured in our database (only for internal use).

How long do we keep your information for?

Your information is kept until you ask us to remove it from the database by sending an email to ecpgr(at)cgiar.org

Your rights over your information

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
If we have asked for your consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

You can also ask for it to be erased and you can ask for us to give you a copy of the information.
