When you submit the Online Proposal Application form, we ask you for the following information: Working Group Chair (First name, Last name and email), Activity Coordinator (First name, Last name and email) and Activity Partners (First name and last name).
Why do we collect this information?
We use the information in order to contact the persons involved in the proposal in case of award. We ask for your consent to do this, and we will only send you our information as long as you continue to consent.
What do we do with your information?
The proposals with the information you have provided us will be published on the ECPGR website.
How long do we keep your information?
Your information is kept for as long as you continue to consent.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. If we have asked for your consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link which can be found at the bottom of each bulletin or you can submit a request regarding your personal data by email or post using the contact information provided above in the Who Are We section of this policy.
