Descriptors for the European Vitis Database available in seven languages   

To obtain comparable results in ampelographic description,  partners of the European Vitis Database make use of 48 descriptors of the “Organisation Internationale de la Vigne et du Vin" (OIV).

In order to reach more specialists, also in Eastern European countries, these have recently been translated into two additional languages: Russian (translation by David Maghradze and Ekaterine Abashidze, Tbilisi) and Turkish (translation by Ibrahim Unzun, Antalya).
