The First Call of the ECPGR Activity Grant Scheme was launched on 28 November 2023, with a deadline of 29 February 2024.
Out of the two submitted, the ExCo selected for funding the proposal submitted by the Solanaceae Working Group on implementing a trans-European pepper landrace collection for resilient agriculture (EuroPepLand). The ExCo also asked the Maize Working Group to resubmit by the end of March their proposal on using near-infrared spectra for trait phenomic prediction in maize landraces (MALANIRS).
