This privacy notice tells you about the information we collect from you when you register to  participate in the meeting of the ImprovLoliumCol Activity 2019 through the online registration form.  In collecting this information, we are acting as a data controller and, by law, we are required to provide you with information about us, about why and how we use your data, and about the rights you have over your data.

When you register to participate in the workshop, we ask you for your Name, email, Organization name, Organization address, Organization telephone number, travel information and requirements.

Why do we collect this information?

  1. We use this information to organize the workshop and travel arrangements for the participants.
  2. In order to give full transparency to the ECPGR Working Groups and the National Coordinators on the participation and the use of country quota, we would like to publish your full name, email, organization name, organization address, organization telephone on our website page regarding this workshop.

We ask for your consent to do this, and we will only keep your data in our database for as long as you continue to consent.

What do we do with your information?

The information that we collect through our website online form will be stored secured in our database (only for internal use). We will not use the information to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
